# Cancel Subscription

You or your customers can cancel subscriptions at any time via the dashboard or customer portal. 

Cancellation takes effect immediately, but access continues until the end of the current billing period. No automatic refunds are issued for cancellations.

## Cancel subscription by customers

Upon entering the Customer Portal, customers can&#x20;

* Cancel their subscriptions by selecting an active subscription, this will immediately cancel their subscription and they will no longer be charged for it.
* Generate invoice
* Contact merchant
* Update Payment Details
