Pricing and Fee Structure

This document provides detailed information about BagelPay’ fee structure for processing transactions, issuing payouts, and refunds and chargebacks. All fees outlined here will apply once a merchant’s account is live.

Customer and Merchant

For the purpose of this document the following is the definition of a merchant and customer:

• Merchant: This refers to the merchant’s who are part of the Bagel Payments platform and selling their products using Bagel Payments as a reseller

• Customer: This refers to the customers who purchase the products offered by the merchants

Pay-In Fees (platform services fee)

When you make a sale using Creem, we take a small fee, known as the “platform services fees”, to cover the costs of credit card transaction fees, currency conversion fees, taxes etc. The net sales will be paid out to your bank account.

This refers to the fees applied on the transactions made by customers

1. Transaction Fees: 5% + $0.50

The platform services fee is calculated on the total order value and collected when the order is placed.

Eg. For a customer from Spain buying a digital product worth $50 find the detailed pricing breakdown:

Payout Fees

Bank Account Payouts

Payouts do not incur any additional fees if no external services are used to transfer money to your bank account. You can receive payouts without any transfer costs.

You can receive payouts with 0% transfer costs in United States.

If your country/region is outside the US, BagelPay charges a 1% international transfer fee (capped at $50) on the payment amount. If your registered bank account's currency is different from the currency of your payment, our partners will automatically apply an exchange rate. In this case, our partners will charge a small exchange rate conversion fee, which is beyond our control.

Stablecoin Payouts (USDC/USDT)

BagelPay also supports payouts in USDC/USDT. This allows you to receive your funds quickly and securely in stablecoins, directly to your compatible wallet address.

• Supported stablecoin: USDC/USDT

• Network: Polygon、ERC-20、Solana

• Fee: 4% of the payout volume

To use this option, ensure your wallet supports USDC/USDT on Polygon. When registering a payout account, select the stablecoin payout method and provide your wallet address. The payout will be processed in the next available payout window, subject to the 4% fee.

Refund and Chargeback Fees

Refund Fees (In addition to refund amount)

• Fee: $1 per refunded transaction.

• Additional Notes: The refund fee applies regardless of the reason for the refund.

Chargeback Fees (In addition to chargeback amount)

• Fee: $30 per chargeback for USD transactions.

• Additional Notes: The chargeback fee applies regardless of the outcome of the chargeback dispute.

Important Notes

1. Adjustments: Fees may vary slightly depending on the payment processor’s updates or region-specific requirements. We will update the document and notify the merchants whenever the prices are updated

2. The original transaction fee associated with the refunded or disputed transaction will still be applicable. There will be no reversal of this charge in case of refunds or disputes
